All are very much welcome to our fun and friendly Zumba® classes in Bath, Bradford on Avon and Midsomer Norton – all you need to bring along is yourself, a towel and some water to keep hydrated. Flameante Dance & Fitness hold a regular 45 minute Zumba Gold class each Wednesday at the Orchard Community Hall, Midsomer Norton.
Zumba Gold class 9.45 - 10.30am, Wednesdays
Shake it at your own pace with great people at the dance party workout for the young at heart! Our Zumba Gold classes are perfect for the older adult or anyone starting their fitness journey. So, come on – join the party and turn ‘I can’t’ and ‘I won’t’ into ‘I dare you to stop me!’. Classes cost £5.
